Application Logs
You can download Application logs by clicking the DOWNLOAD APPLICATION LOGS⦠button. A dialog will appear, allowing you to choose the desired log files type. Afterward, click the download button to retrieve a zip file containing log files. Unzip the downloaded file to access the individual log files.

The Recent logs only (zip under 10 MB, for email) checkbox is selected by default.
With it selected, the zip file is 10 MB or less, so you can attach it to an email to support@datamasque.com.
The zip file holds the newest log data of each log type, newest file first.
When a file does not fit, the zip file holds only the end of that file and leaves out the older files.
When you download all application logs,
the Masking agent logs get 6 MB and each other log type gets 1 MB.
The 1 MB of the Web application logs includes the cron logs (cron.log and supercronic.log).
A log type that needs less gives its unused space to the Masking agent logs first.
The other log types get unused space only when all the Masking agent logs fit.
For each log type, the MANIFEST.txt file in the zip lists the files that are included (Included),
cut to their end (Tail only) or left out (Omitted).
The manifest names each log type by its internal service name, not by its name in the dialog:
for example, [admin_server] for the Web application logs and [agent] for the Masking agent logs.
When the oldest included line of a log type starts with a time,
the manifest shows that time as First included line.
The zip file name contains recent_logs.
Clear the checkbox to download all log files.
Ruleset Summary Report
The Ruleset Summary Report contains all tables and columns that are covered by rulesets in the DataMasque instance, and may be downloaded as a CSV file by clicking the DOWNLOAD RULESET SUMMARY button.
